Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders will be delivered within:

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You may track your parcel any time using the courier’s tracking page.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will make a second attempt or contact you for re-delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
For lost parcels, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
Order Changes
If you need to update your address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
