For returns or defective items, please review our Returns & Replacements information below before submitting your request.
Defected Item
If your item is defective, follow these steps to request a replacement:
- Take photos or a short video of the defect and email them to hello@biggietravel.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number.
- We will review your submission and confirm if the item qualifies for a replacement.
- Once approved, return the item in its original packaging.
- After we inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement with free shipping.
Lock setting: Keep your suitcase lock set to 0‑0‑0 until you’re sure you want to keep it.
Original packaging: Retain all original packaging: it’s required for returns.
Condition for returns: Items must be unused, unpacked, and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Available within 15 days of purchase for items meeting the above conditions.
Exchanges: For defective or damaged products, contact our customer service team with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue.
